Flooring Repair Question

My wood looking (I guess vinyl?) flooring has a triangle shaped tear in it. It is about 3 inches long and a little wrinkled. I guess it is vinyl, it is more like a wood colored sticker...lol.

Any suggestions on how to smooth it back out and (I guess) glue it down to make it look right?

Use a hair dryer to warm it up and smooth it out. Glue it down with liquid nails. Then put super glue on the seams.

Call Jayco ask if they have any of that flooring. If they do have a flooring man/woman install it. They can cut out one plank (vinyl) you won't even know that a rip was ever there. The question is do you want it to look perfect or a hack job.

I would take a few pictures of the damage and stop by a few carpet/flooring stores and get a price to repair it right. Back in my house building days lino was always getting damaged and had to be repaired. Best way as stated above was to cut out part of the pattern and replace with new. The early days the whole floor was glued down now its just the edges and the rest floats. If you do it yourself Home Depot/Lowes sell a vinyl repair kit with the right glue and seam sealer, don't use liquid nails and superglue unless you want a messy looking repair.

A company called Creative Colors International specializes in vinyl repairs such as you require. Jayco Motorzed CS recommended them to me for my own damaged flooring. I don’t believe that Jayco themselves do repairs of that nature.
