I was reading another post which cited the assistance number for Ford Motorhome division. I thought I would call to find out which dealers in my region would prefom warranty if needed. WOW -I had an awesome experience and they are eager to help. In fact have two small issues and they reached out to all of the dealers in my region and inquired if they were equipped and willing to provide service. They then called back with info and contact info. They did open a case and offered live tech help sort out the issue.


What I learned is that records of Jayco's sale don't always get downloaded and have your present contacts at Ford. The operator was tremendous in taking care of all of these things including checking for recalls.

There is roadside assistance with each new Ford MH purchase. I'm not sure how this compares to other plans but we've paid for it in our purchase. I could be a back up in some cases for assistance.

I think Ford's roadside assistance will only do a flat tire change if you have a spare. And they'll tow it only to the nearest Ford dealer, not an RV dealer. But if you need it towed, I guess that means you have a drive train issue which needs a Ford dealer.

WDW, I had the same great service yesterday when I called them at your posted number. Seems that number is good for Warranty or Road Side Assistance. I also found the number that Roamer listed but not sure of the difference.
