Freightliner Seneca center console

Just wondering if anyone has found a nice center console that will "add on" to what is already there on the Freightliner M2 chassis? Need additional space like my former Ford Class C had!

We've been looking for one as well. We bought a not-so-nice, but functional one at a local auto parts store.

We are also in the market for one. I have looked at the Freightliner website and Raneys but have not found one.

I purchase a factory Freightliner M2 106 floor console, hard to find, even harder to find a picture of one! It mounts between the front seats, very nice unit, tons of storage, flat writing surface and factory grey to match dash however; it blocks the path to the dab, you need to step over it.

I'll post the link once I set it up for sale on Ebay so you can see what they look like. If you have pets it will keep them out of the cab :-)

How did you find the factory console? Did you contact Freightliner or what? I'm interested in seeing what it looks like - please do post the link so we can take a look!

I'll post some pictures tomorrow. The console list price... Ready... $1,200.00!

I purchased it from a surplus dealer for $225.00, unfortunately with our two Bernese Mountain dogs the console doesn't work for us. I'm going to list it on Ebay and sell it.

I've been looking for a front console too. Found this one which looks pretty nice. Anyone actually see one of these?

I have not seen one personally. Looks nice but..... I still want a console that comes up and meets and then extends the lower dash (covering the ash tray). I don't want it to impede access to the cab, but "fill-in" the area between the two Freightliner cup holders with storage underneath. I want/need a place to hold the cell phone while charging while still being visible.

I am just going to have to break down and build what I want!

Robbbyr, I called Mountainmaster and they don't sell the console as an individual component. It is only available when you buy one of their vehicles and is custom built to customers specs.

Dang!!!

I guess home-built is our only answer!

My unit is at the dealer dealing with an entry door keypad issue, so I can't take good measurements and/or make a template of the existing console to mate up with an addition. I have a design idea, probably should sketch something out and transfer to cardboard for test fitting!

Hopefully my unit will be fixed and back soon.
