We have a 2018 Melbourne L. I am wondering if anyone has found the fresh water tank drain. The manual says there is one on the tank. I crawled under the motor home and looked everywhere with a flash light but could not find it. As I understand the low point drains do not drain the fresh water tank but only the water lines. Anyone found where the drain is on this tank? The tank is under the bed.
Your low point drains may actually empty your water tank due to siphon action.
On my 2017 Seneca,I opened the tank drain and nothing came out but when opening the low point drain, it drained thru them, the tank drain still did not drain.

Well it could be like our 2018.5 Seneca where they forgot to put a drain for the fresh water tank! Ours was suppose to be right next to the hot and cold low point drains. Hopefully somebody with the same model will chime in.

On our 2018 24L, our fresh water tank will empty using the low point drains - specifically, as you face the water controls, the far valve on the left at the bottom and back of the panel Not easy to reach, but it has drained the tank each time I have used it.
As far as I know the low point drain on my 2016 Melbourne K drains the tank as well. Its hard for me to believe there is that much water in the lines when I use the low point drain.

Just curious is Pfflyer or Forwardever is there a way you use to determine that most of the water is out of the fresh water tank? Do you just go by when the water pump stops pumping the water?
I don't have that panel, but looking at it, I'd say "not there.."
To drain the fresh water tank on mine, there's a valve on the outside of my coach. Driver's side. Labeled "Fresh Water Drain". Small, black. Looks like the valve on an old wine casket.
I also have two Low Point drains. I'll open those when I'm winterizing.
I just use the low point drains, but it takes a while. Sometimes I'll turn on the pump and dump the grey and when it can't suck up anymore I'll use the low point drains bc the pump is faster.
