Question Freshwater tank heater pad info needed...

On my 2016 Greyhawk 29MV the freshwater tank heater pad is falling off, and is being chewed by the driveshaft and is now partially melted itself onto the exhaust pipe. It looks like part of it is missing.

Does anyone have any of the specs on this heater? Size (length x width)? wattage? Or know how I can quickly get this info?

I sent an inquiry to Jayco Parts, but have not received a response yet.

On my '16 31FS all three of the tank heaters are the same.

A replacement should be available from www.ultraheat.com or maybe Amazon.

Attached is a picture of the tag:

2016 31FK - same brand here. I'd call them and I'll bet they'll be able to tell you exactly what you had and what you'll need.

Thanks, All,
I was able to confirm this is the same heater on my unit.

Cheers,
Ron

Question

I purchased my RV at the end of July and had the heater falling away from the tank within the first month. A few folks recommended using eternabond to keep it in place... no more problems. Just FYI...
