Front mounted Spare Tire

Folks
Those of you that have the spare tire mounted in front of grill on E450.
Have anyone of you experienced and over heating and engine running hot? Especially those of you in hotter climate areas. There a kit number to mount the receiver in front bumper?

When I had my spare on the front, I did not notice a heat problem. I was watching the coolant and transmission temps on a Scangauge. But although I drove it in the summer, it was in the Northeast.

The front receiver I used came from etrailer.

looks like you bought the swing down tire hanger which put more distance between grill and tire. I think the solid hanger sits tire closer. Weather or not that aids the cooling.

Yes I bought the Roadmaster tire carrier. It sits away from the grill.
