Generator AC?

I had the oil changed in our new (to us) 2011 Melbourne 39D generator at the RV dealership from which we bought it. Today I ran the generator for over a half of an hour and while it charged the batteries I could not get any AC in the motorhome. I carefully read the manual, no help at all, and searched through the coach extensively trying to find a control switch or popped circuit breaker too no avail.
Before we drive a hundred and twenty miles back to the dealership does anybody have an idea of why the generator's output is not getting into the AC system.
Thank you. JMAT

So does the microwave work? Did you check the breaker on the genny itself?

We get nothing on the microwave and I didn't know the genny had a breaker. I don't think we got all of the manuals. Thanks for the input I'll check it right away.

Dealer probably switched it off when they ran it after the oil change.

I just pulled the genny cover and can't find a breaker. Am going online and will try to get a manual.
Thanks

It looks like an on/off switch and is usually right next to to the prime/start switch.

I think your motorhome is a JAYCO... If so they are the best company for providing information. Just call them with your VIN number and they will email what you need right away using PDF documents...
