Geyhawk 31SS helper springs hitting fresh water tank

09 Greyhawk 31ss, anyone having issues with their fresh water tank being used as a bump stop for their helper springs on the passenger/curb side? I tried adjusting them up in the front and down in the back. That did help a little but are still hitting the tank. I've talked to Jayco, they won't admit a problem with them, not enough complaints yet I guess. I've talked to the dealer and they don't do suspension work. I looked at a brand new 2012 31ss and it has the same issue, you can see and feel where the spring is contacting the tank. I resorted to taking them off. I can't risk cracking my fresh water tank. It actually rides smoother going down the road now. It's not as stable when parked, rocks more when stepping inside or walking around. Will bilstein HD shocks help any?

I have the same issue on my 2012 31DS. It has caused the tank to leak at the fitting where the drain line connects. I had it repaired, dealer said that the fresh water tank was not mounted correctly and they "fixed" it. After this last trip the fresh water tank developed a leak at the same fitting and the tank level indicator doesnt indicate more then 1/3 full, even after filling the tank until it over flows. I will be taking it back to have the leak repaired again, along with the TLI and a few other items we noticed on this last trip but it wont be until we are finished with our next trip in a couple of weeks.

We have a 2012 Melbourne with problems bottoming out on slight inclines, the Hellwigs are on backwards, the long end should point toward rear of coach. Took back to dealer and they acknowledge springs on backwards but the say if they turn them around they will be hitting some part of frame. Supposedly they are in contact with Jayco and we are waiting for answer. They said we may have to put airbags on. Wonder if that is covered under warranty??
