GoPower Remote not working
2022 Jayco 24B with factory solar. Didn’t check the solar remote during walk-through and just discovered the MPPT GP-RVC-R remote will not power on. Talked the manufacturer into sending me a new one under warranty, but same thing with the new one…won’t power on. There’s some (3-4v) voltage reaching the remote end of the cable (on one lead anyway), so was sure the controller is sending power. Perhaps I’m not turning it on correctly or with the correct power situation (plugged into shore or not, main power on or not, etc)? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.
