grey tank sensors

Hello,
has anyone had a problem with the grey tank sensor lights. only lights up empty, other tanks and batt. lights are fine. I feel its a simple problem but I cannot find it. We have a 2017 Greyhawk 31FS. Jayco tech says may be tank sensor, can't see all 3 going out together.??

Try flushing your tank. See if that helps first.

If you can see the sensors, look for a loose wire or ground connection.

Had a lot of false readings on the black tank took a wand to the inside read correct twice after that. Gray reads correct most of time then I give it a flush when it acts up

I have a 2016 GH 29MV and the grey tank indicator light shows full all the time whether the tank is full or empty. The other indicators are working fine. What’s the best way to flush the grey tank? I’d like to try that first.
Thanks, Butch C

Helps a LOT

I flush when ever I can, which helps a bunch. Flushing not always an option so I put about one cup of dry water softener, one gallon of water and a few drops of dawn dish soap in to a bucket and stir well and then put that mixture down each tank plus a bag of ice and then run the camper around the block a few times and then drain. Then add that mixture again to each tank and let stand until the next time you use your unit. Helps clean the sensors and also helps with the smell! Been doing this for years and have never had a problem!
