Greyhawk 31 SS

We are the proud owners of our first RV, a 31 Greyhawk and love it. One problem - a shower door water leak and it is at a dealer for the second time. Any suggestions?

Not sure your shower door is the one in our 5th wheel but we had a leak in the shower area but didn't know where it was. While at the factory for some other work we asked if they could find and fix the leak. Turned out to be the door and the fix was to remove the door and reinstall it with all new seals, etc. I think they also removed the glass on each side of the door and reinstalled them with new sealing just to be safe.

I realize this may not be of any help but it's what it took to fix our show door issue. Sure hope this second time in the shop is the charm for you.

Thanks. The leak appears to be at the track base and no caulk could be seen. The dealer has replaced the track and added sealer and the leak is improved but still there.

Since it still leaks my only suggestion would be to call the factory and tell them what's happening and see what they can tell you. Doesn't matter if the unit's still under warranty or not, the factory reps are always ready to help. Factory number is: 1.800.283.8267 Hours are 8 to 4 EDT (believe that's right).
Good luck....

Finally fixed - the dealer installed an entire new shower unit - looks fine now.

I had water on the floor outside the shower.... turned out to be a loose connection on the shower trap... had to remove the access panel and tighten the nuts....
