Greyhawk 31FS 12v woes

I'll keep this short and simple: after a very long and bumpy ride, I've got a couple of 12v connections that keep blowing fuses. After t-shooting with my voltmeter I trace the culprits to 2 wires, 1 is to the above bed fan and 1 is to the light in the shower.

The issue now is that the wiring is in the ceiling of the RV, and I can't see any reasonable way of accessing/tracing this issue further. The ceiling looks to be some kind of white cushion material and for the life of me I can't see anyplace that you can pull it down to access the ceiling wiring short of cutting it open, which I really don't want to do.

I could try running brand new wiring, at least for the above bed fan since the converter/charger is directly below it, but before I do that was curious if anyone has any other suggestions?
