Greyhawk Bigfoot levelers stuck

Ok this is our first RV trip. So don't be to harsh, but I have somehow got my Bigfoot levelers stuck in the down position. I backed onto the site, and the display showed back passenger side flashing. So I put out just one leveling block. I had a manual level that showed to be very close in all directions. So I hit the auto level button, and it did its thing. All levelers went down, front first then back. But then looking at the display was flashing front right & back left. No matter what I tried I could not get it to retry. I finally hit emergency retract & was able to get all levelers up, but it is still sitting flashing & will not respond to any functions. I figure there is a system reset option but not sure. Any suggestions?

Is your house battery fully charged? Low voltage can make the levelers misbehave. Are you plugged into shore power?

Bigfoot troubleshooting guide is attached. If you cannot get it fixed, call Bigfoot tech support. They are extremely helpful.

Good luck. BTW, I love having the Bigfoot levelers on our Greyhawk.

This issue was easily resolved by removing control panel & disconnecting the 8 pin connector for 10 seconds. Reinstall & worked perfectly!!
