Greyhawk flyover!
We had a special treat at camp this morning. Hot Air Balloons! They flew right over our camp...what a sight!

I always wanted to camp near a balloon festival.
They are all over the country and it would be a treat to attend or be close.

Looking forward to this weekend. The 31st Gatineau Balloon Festival started yesterday and runs through the weekend. If the wind is right they sometimes fly right over my house. Have had some land in the school yard behind my previous house a few blocks away. Always a fun weekend to keep your eyes on the skies.

The Balloon Festival in Albuquerque is our favorite! So many Balloons...and so many cool shapes! We need to plan that trip again for sure. Seeing the Balloons this morning sure got me thinking about it!

Bob, tell your bride work is a 4 letter word! But I remember those days...I still part time some here and there. Seems I have customers that won’t let me quit. Lol
I still try not to let it rule me like it use to. 40 hours was just the beginning of a work week back in the day.

I didn't grow up in Colorado but I've seen more rainbows and hot-air balloons in the last twenty years than I ever saw in the first forty!
We had one balloon touch down in our back area, over the fence of the neighborhood. All of the kids poured out and ran over.
The pilot was wonderful and took every kid up on a short tethered flite. (With parents permission.) My kids still talk about that.
