Taking my 2016 31FS, with 200 miles on it, in on Monday to have alignment done. Guy on the phone said the camber gets thrown off when the extra weight of the build gets put on the chassis. Will let you know how it went.
P.S. $97.50 to have it done. Not bad!

Good luck. I just got off the phone with my shop. They told me the camber/caster is so off it will require kits (shims) to get it straightened out. Could be upwards of $450. Cost me $147 to find that out. Contacting the dealership because obviously this is on them. Was just expecting a simple alignment. Very disappointed that they let this unit leave the lot in that bad of shape.

My dealership paid for two alignments to get it right... I used these code words.. "You provided me an unsafe product!" And I did it in writing... Maybe they would have done the work without that push, but with that push there was no question.

Well played Griswald One. I'm optimistic they'll make good on backing their product. How do you like your ME? Don't see as many of us on here a I do the other Greyhawk models.

Call Jayco and tell them you need an alignment on your new 2016 Greyhawk. They will tell you to get it done and they will promptly reimburse you for the cost.

They just reimbursed me for the alignment on our new 2016 Greyhawk 29MV. I had the $275 check in a week. No hassle at all from Jayco!

I work at the GM truck plant A couple of days a week and we have 5 alignment racks going nonstop but even with the chassis cabs they are aligned as the go out the door with just the cab and chassis.... Add the weight of the motorhome built on the bare chassis and you wonder if they realign afterwards?

It even says in my 2016 Redhawk owners manual that the front end should be aligned after you have fully loaded it for your use.

Ok. So I got the alignment done today on my "brand new" 31FS. The camber was so far out, they had to put a new cam on it that had more adjustment than the stock one. What a difference it made. Drives straight as an arrow and way less wander. However it ended up costing me $200. It amazes me that Jayco would let product leave factory with this kind of defect. It really is a matter of safety after all. Plus, on my way home I noticed that the radio goes out when I put the left turn signal on. I will contact my dealer and see what my options for reimbursment is.

It isn't necessary to call your dealer. Contact Bill Isley at Jayco, bill_isley@jayco.com, and he will advise you to send the bill to him for reimbursement. I had my check within a week of sending, great service from Jayco.
