The headlight bulb in my E450 (2018) is a H13. One bolt on the top and 2 bolts on the bottom of the headlight, then pull out the entire headlight assembly. Then just rotate the bulb / holder and pull it out.

Takes about 10 minutes a head light.

Sorry for the mistake, mine is actually 28” and was purchased on eBay for right around $50. This is the actual adjustable mounting system that works very well, with no hole drilling, on the Ford E450.

Yup! I went with your recommendation 28" and with lower sliding mounting option which will make it easier to install. This also came with the relay and on/off switch. I will be installing this or next weekend. I also plan on installing a loud a$$ air horn that's been in my family since the 70's

Finally got around to installing my LED bar.

28" bar from ebay $45

The length of the bar is perfect. The mounting style as well. However i ran into 2 issues.

1)The led bar sits inside the bumper cutout and is not high enough and when turbes on the light will hit the inside of the bumper. I had to raise it about 2.5" to get it beaming directly ahead. I used composite molding sprayed it black and drilled 2 holes matching bumper holes and bought new 3" bolts from home depot.
2) the lighted on/off switch that comes with this bar is a stick on and looks good however when I ran wiring the green on indicator light still remained ON even when light bar was off. I obviously couldn't leave it like that because I would never know if it was on or off during the day and it would drain the battery. I had an identical spare switch and relay kit I ordered on ebay and it did the same thing. Luckily I had an old light 3 pin switch which I mounted to the dash but had to drill a hole and that worked fine. Not sure if me and my friend were doing something wrong but he is pretty experienced with car audio/video/electronics.

Hi, anyone plan to install the fog light? Question for Studiovette, did you connect your wire to ignition? Not worry about light still on when the ignition is off.

I used a relay and spliced it to my high beam wire going to the headlight. This way, it works with my high beams only, as this is the only time it is needed anyway. This eliminates the need for an external switch, and the need to wire it inside the cab and find a place to mount it. Easy-peasy and it works like a charm !!

I have an inexpensive set of fogs that I plan to install this spring. I need to light to the sides, to see turns better.

I can certainly understand the need for that. I do a lot of desert boon-docking and there are times when more side light would be a real help !!

Upgrading the headlights on the E450 to LEDs ...talk about the difference between night and day! I try not to drive too much at night, especially as it was kinda hard to see with the original bulbs. Don't think I'll mind all that much now.

I went with 30 inch LED bar and it fits and works perfect. Because its an OFF ROAD only I installed separate switch so I can control it.

Can you provide specs on the front tow bar.
Is it welded ? Did you do it yourself or did a shop do it. Thx

Good job. Can you show how they are installed from the inside? Did you run the wires separately?

Here is the bar that fits perfect. Very easy to install. You can do it your self with 2-3 bolts and existing holes. You need to get some spacers to get the bar in the middle of the opening.
