Greyhawk keyless entry

Does anyone know the manufacturer of the Greyhawk keyless entry lock. We didn't get any info on how to change the five digit code. Did a search and entries seem to be for trailers. Tried the suggested procedure but no luck.

I just took delivery on a Greyhawk 31DS. I called Jayco Customer Service and the rep there emailed a set of directions. They will ask you for your Greyhawk Serial Number. It can be found in your delivery papers. I have not tried the directions yet, but will today.
Good Luck

I changed my code on my 2013 Greyhawk 31fs. To make the change, I had to remove the keypad from the door, cut one wire and insert it into the wire harness. It was easy to do. If you need, I can dig up the specific instructions and send it to you.

Directions would be helpful, thanks. The keypad is below the lock and has five buttons in a row.

It's probably the Dexter Door system. I tried attaching the manual, but it's too large. PM me and I can email it to you.

John-
Thanks…. We have the White 31DS. it does not have the keypad attached to the actuator as in the Bauer. It appears to be the Dexter system. Brian sent a PDF file to me and I'm about 99% sure that's it.

We have a 2014 Greyhawk 31FS. You do have to short a wire to get the lock into programming mode so you an set the door lock code. It is supposed to be done by the dealer at delivery as a part of the delivery experience. Our dealer didn't do it and I nattered at them and they did it for me. I wasn't about to disassemble the door lock on my brand new Greyhawk. I have the manual that says how to program the keypad if the other people on this thread can't find their manual I will look for mine.

When I bought mine the dealer asked me what I wanted to use for a code and they programed it. I assume it wasn't difficult, as I believe the salesman did it himself. Now that it's set I don't have a need to change it and didn't ask them how they did. But I would think a Jayco dealer could walk you through the process.

Go to www.dexterdoor.com and follow directions to download keyless entry door w/keypad consumer manual. No problem with this.

Do you still have the manual for the Dexter Door Keyless Entry System. The Service manual part number is: VD051000. I have a 2013 Greyhawk 31FS. The DexterDoor website is no longer active. Contact me by PM for email address. Thank you.

Keyless entry

Your lock is probably a Trimark 540-0100 or 540-0125. That is what I have on my 2014 Greyhawk 31FK. You will have to remove keypad from door and ground the extra wire, wait for beeps, push buttons for new authority code. Then put in new acces code. Instructions are easy to get online at e-ask.

I believe if you take the cover off in the inside there are direction on a sticker on how to do it. There is a sticker on our 2018 Greyhawk.

Unscrew the battery cover. The instructions are on the underside of the battery cover.

This is how I changed the default code on the lock on our 2014 Greyhawk 31FK:
According to the documentation that came with mine the factory authorization code is 77777 and the factory access code is 12345. You hold the 5/6 button for 3 or 5 seconds until you hear two beeps. Then you enter 77777 and then you can change your access code.

They recommend that you change the authorization code as well but you have to take it out and strip a wire and ground it for a few seconds to change that code.

There is a yellow wire you short with the black wire until you hear a beep like the manual says. When you change the authorization code you can use that as an access code to unlock the door, I then put an access code in as well for others.
