Greyhawk Power Step Problem

Hello fellow Jayco Owners. Owner of a 2015 Greyhawk 29mv.Just wondering if any one has encountered their power step all of a sudden not staying out.Im guessin its a problem with the power step switch . It worked fine for a couple months.

Have not had any issues with the power step on our Greyhawk. That two-year warranty is a great thing.

check the steps "on/off" switch for the simplest problem it be. other than that, if you are good with a test meter, the manufacturer has a detailed test procedure on their site. If it is the module, it is simple to replace. but check all your wiring and switches. Be very careful while under the steps and dont get anything you dont want cut in two near the steps, should they cycle while you are testing.

I had to replace the module and motor on mine, Jayco sent me the parts and I did the repair.
