Update

Just a little update. Here is the response from this vile dealership to my BBB complaint which was a shortened version of my OP on this forum

Mr. Stillman didn't purchase this vehicle from us and was directed to our dealership by an outside source that didn't know that we do not do service work on vehicles at that location. He left his vehicle there several months after we told him we could not work on it. The company sent him a letter to make arrangements to pick the vehicle up or he would be liable for many months of storage. He picked the vehicle up. We didn't charge any monies for any services or did we charge for abadoning his vehicle for several months on our lot.

On a whim I go to Google maps and low and behold what do I find with a timestamp of Aug 2019? A Google Maps image with my motorhome in their lot. Notice the heating pad in the rear is still hanging.

Are you serious in this response? I really have to ask if you are a Chesaco employee. A mobile tech, that you pay for while the unit is under warranty? Man I have to really shake my head as this reply and wonder what you do in your spare time to be so "understanding".
