Greyhawk Winter Use

I just purchased a Greyhawk 27U.

Jayco claims that the tank and pipe heaters allow you to use the RV down to 10 degrees, if you have the power.

I just took my first trip and notice that the PEX pipes are fully exposed. How could they possibly claim these are heated pipes? Do I have a manufacturing defect/mistake? It just doesn't make sense.

Thanks for any insight.

From what I understand it’s just the tanks that are heated. You can probably get some heat tape to wrap and exposed lines that you might be concerned about.
