Gutter extensions

Anyone install gutter extensions on their MH? I am thinking about putting these on to keep the water from running down the sides of the MH.

I was thinking the same when I looked at my TT yesterday. Thinking of 3/4 pvc 1 1/2 " or maybe even 1 3/4" long. Fasten with short SS screws. Mine was just above a window and this window had a small leak and created some damage which I fixed this summer.

I've seen RV's with sections of clear vinyl tubing pushed onto the existing gutters.

White Hawk came with them and they were great. Will definitely add to the Eagle if she doesn't come with them.

Put a set on the Greyhawk this summer. Installation was straightforward. Be sure to reseal the hole with caulk where you'll remove the end screw from the gutter to slip the spout behind it.

Not all diverters will fit the Greyhawk gutter. The first set I bought at the local Camping World would not slip behind the gutter but were meant to clip onto the end. I purchased these which fit well:

I installed them in the spring. Keeps the water off the seams and reduces the black mark runs. I modified the gutter by cutting it and attaching it to the drain rail / trough.

Thanks for all the responses. I had them on the TT, and it never really hit me until this weekend when I was outside just checking on her. Going to order them this week.

You could just buy 2 sets. I found that the snap on ones are very handy but if you brush up against a limb they will be swept away. So plan on replacing them from time to time.
My new 2011 rig came with longer extensions than the older short ones and they have stayed put pretty well.
