Heated tank question

We have a 2020 Melbourne Prestiege. We have heated tanks. We can see the heat blanket on the black and gray tanks but not on the fresh water tank. Took it to the dealer and they put an 8x8 inch square of heat blanket on the side of the fresh water tank. Is this right??? Thanks

I have never looked at mine or used them. I understand they are pretty small and useless.

It doesn't take much heat to keep things from freezing. A 100 watt light bulb (1 amp) will work wonders so it depends on the wattage of the pads.

I just want it to be what I initially paid for.
