Try bleeding the air out using the outside shower first. If that doesn't work it sounds like a low point drain valve may be open or you don't have at least one of the manifold valves in the right position. I really doubt the pump is toast, but anything is possible.

thanks all the lower drain valves are turned to closed or off. don't know how to bleed air out. the manifold valves out by the shower are set to normal per manual. I also tried to get water to tank by putting it in sanitize postion and does not pump. Not sure if a pump issue or pressure problem any other tips !!!!

What I mean by bleeding air. Open the outside shower while the pump is running since that is the lowest point & it may start pumping.

Sounds like a pump problem. You can also try cracking the drain valves to see if you can get some water to that pump...

Maybe your valves for pumping in anti freeze are still in the winterizing positions?
