Help with awning

We bought a new 2021 Jayco Melbourne 24T in June. The awning stopped working altogether after 3 uses. There are several other issues but will start with this one. There is no power to the switch at all. We did contact the place we bought it from and they were NO help at all. We do have a manufacturers warranty but can not get through to anyone to make an appointment to bring it in. We did contact Jayco. I took photos and videos to document all of the problems. This is about the awning. If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this please let me know! Thank you.

Those wires you are holding are probably for the solar prep. Did you check the fuse panel?

Yes we checked the fuse panel and fuses.

If there is no power at the switch, is there 12v at the fuse? I have also had fuses that looked good but tested bad.
