Help with pricing from grayhawks

We need to sell our 2011 Grayhawk 31FK. Before I put it on the for sale post for Jayco, I need to make sure I'm not asking to much or to low in price. We never had fueling problems which so many seem to have and it now drives like a charm after everything was put on it. Alignment, Front and Rear HD Bilstein shock absorbers, Steer safe, Borg valve Stems, Roadmaster Rear Sway Bar and Roadmaster Falcon2--6,000 lb. copacity tow bar. It has
4,649.4 miles on it. I was thinking of asking for $70,000. Not sure what everyone paid for their's but we paid $80,000.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

You could try running it through this tool:

Just looking quickly, I saw a couple of used 2011's in the $63-70k range.

Thanks Mike, Sue and Buddy! That site was a big help and it looks like I'm right about where I should be for pricing especially since I'm throwing in a 2 year extended warranty. I appreciated the help!
