Helwig helper spring adjustment on redhawk

Are helwig springs adjustable? If so has anyone had to adjust them for ride improvement.

Yes they are, some guys here suggest to adjust them to a 2 inch gap, front and rear.

From what I understand, at the space by the front and rear U bolts. Hopefully others here that have done it will chime in.

I adjusted mine and it was not that hard to do. Make sure you have a ratcheting wrench that fits the bolt. Makes job real easy. Can buy a single one at Lowe’s for $20. Good luck
