The sizes are 9/16 and 3/4. I got them off eBay as they are dirt cheap but the big box stores, Ace Hardware or anyplace that sells Hillman brand hardware usually has them.

Yep Rustynuts informed me of the correct sizes. I got them from Lowe’s because there is one right down the road from where we are staying.

I'm not saying ours is quiet, but little did I know that telling the dealer about it and then they applying a rubber moulding around the house door would quieten the road noise so much! Check to see if you have a moulding around the inside of the door.

In case it helps anyone who hasn't done it yet ...

You'll need 5 two-packs of the 9/16" size plugs (10 total plugs), and 3 two-packs of the 3/4" size plugs (6 total plugs).

8 of the smaller plugs go in the lower mirror brackets (4 per side). The 2 remaining smaller plugs go in the very top of the top mirror bracket (where it swivels, 1 per side). The 6 larger plugs all go in the same top mirror bracket (3 per side).

I bought them at Lowe's, in the hardware section - look for the trays of specialty hardware, and one of them should have these.

Attached pic shows what the packaging looks like.

Can you send a picture of the rubber molding you are referring to? I am working on quieting the coach door. Thanks.

Ditto-I was going to look for molding but if you have their suggestion for size that would be great.

I did what everyone else said to do... I put gorilla tape over the holes in the mirrors. Huge difference.
The other thing to do is carpet the cab. Our 2018 HJ had just a rubber floor. I pulled everything out and laid carpet.

You can see all the mods I did on intsagram @wanderingpeaches
the carpet is one of the first post.
