has anyone come up with a way to protect sewer hose from getting pin holes from sliding in and out of bumper storage...

Many have purchased / installed a pvc carrier mounted somewhere on the rig. Many others, including me, have purchased a 6 x 6 pvc post cover and mounted top caps on it with hinges. Mine are mounted under the rig, others are on top of the rear bumper depending on you clearance and preference. Others just put it in a basket in the truck bed or storage.
There are many threads with pictures on JOF.

Use this search command and enter sewer hose storage in the custom search block.

X2 on the 6 X 6 vinyl pvc post cover. Mine is mounted underneath the rig to the frame. The caps have a bolt with a nut on the end going from top to bottom. Works great.

I just used a tote in a rear storage compartment that only contained the BT gear rather than fight with getting the hose inside the bumper. Some people have made hose containers out of PVC pipe and clamps onto the bumper, or buy 'em already made, just attach and go

I don't know what model you have but I stow mine above the dump valves. My Rhino flex hose was too large to store in the bumper and before this mod it took up space in a storage bin.
