Just what the doctor ordered! Thanks. Feel free to get back to offering opinions on tankless units now! LOL.

OK! Like Norty, I'd never get a TT with a tankless heater. And glad you found the reset!

Ok. I thought when I watched the video I missed that button. But it looks like I have a different model Girard that doesn't have that button. I disconnect the black box from power and reconnected it...nothing. Blower's working but no combustion or red LED illuminated.

Did you check for no power maybe a tripped CB or blown fuse ?

All fuses and breakers are good. Like I said, the blower works. No flame is the issue.

Encountered same on my fridge, in fact had to manually light each use. Discovered that it will only try to light x times or x amount of time and no more.

Not 100% positive of issue but a good cleaning using damp rag and a can of lighter fluid...ok not really, but a can of compressed air as used in cleaning computers fixed whatever! That was well over a year ago and have had no further issues.

My guess is for safety reasons your unit is similar

Not all of them have a reset button. Mine does not. If it trips I just shut off the 12 volt switch for a minute and turn it back on. Only had to do this once since several wires were found to not have the crimp on plugs crimped.

Yep. Mine doesn't have the reset button either. I turned it off overnight and still no power today when I tried it.

There is a sail switch on the exhaust. Could it be possible that it is stuck closed? Try moving it with your finger to make sure it is freely moving back and forth.
