House batteries won't charge

Early 2018 Seneca HJ. Last night power went out at the pedestal for a few seconds, then came back on. Tv and other systems continued to work. I noticed voltage on inverter monitor panel was going down. I then realized I was on inverter power.turned everything off and went to bed. At 4am low voltage alarm on inverter went off.turnrd off inverter and reset 50 amp breaker at power pedestal. Today coach is back on 50 amp, but house batteries are not charging. I checked the converter with charge wizard, and light is steady green. Truma heater won't light and Norcold refer continues to read low dc. Suggestions?

Could be lots of things.

Blown fuses
Tripped breakers
Bad plugs or cords to the pedestal
EMS/surge protector stopping power
Bad grounds

Turns out the converter went bad. New one on order. It sucks as the coach isn't quite 3 years old.

May well have been a surge or spike from the outage. Do you have an EMS?

No. Have the portable 50a shurgard surge protector. Will look at permanent mount EMS once I get back home.
