I remember a long time ago when I was just a PFC in the Army, stationed at Ft Sam in July, and several of us had a 3-day pass. We rented a car and went south to Nuevo Laredo, just to see the sights and do something different. Don't believe I ever encountered heat like that anywhere before. After driving about 50 miles into Mexico, we were sure glad to get back across the border. Wouldn't dare try that now. Well, enjoy those winterizing steps in Laredo - it's snowing now here in Virginia. Merry Christmas !

What part of Virginia?
My brother lives in Floyd.
If you were at Ft. Sam you must have been a Medic.
I was a tanker.
