Hub caps or not?

Well I was wondering to see who keeps or does not have there hub caps on? I know it is a bit pain in the rear to add air with them on. So My question is do you need to keep them in or not? I own a Greyhawk and am thinking of taking them off.

There just a decorative thing. Your choice.

Question for you do you have a TPMS system on your MH? If so how did you add them because they do not fit through the openings. I do have an issue trying to check and put air in also. If you could show me a pictures of how yours are set up would be helpful also.

I’m able to get to all the valve stems except the stems for the rear outer wheels because they point to the middle. I have to take the covers off to be able to check pressure or add air. I’ll be putting valve stem extenders on those so I don’t need to keep taking the covers off.

I don't have TPMS on my rig. I check them the old fashion way, with a tire pressure gauge. Here is what I use:

Then, if they need air, I bought this inflator from Home Depot:

I have no issues with the hub caps on checking or adding air. Those rear stems are a little tricky, and it takes a little practice.

There are a number of threads concerning airing the tires of these rigs. Mine are on. See the thread below.

Or this one. And there are many others that might help you decide.

Yep and perhaps he did not read all of the feedback. Reading some of these might help him decide.
