Indicator panel circuit not working including water pump

I am working on my mom's 2015 Greyhawk 31DS and something is going on with the water pump circuit. When she arrived the pump wouldn't stop running no matter which way you toggled the 2 switches (the one in the bathroom and the one near the outside water connection). At this point I didn't realize there was a third water pump switch on the indicator panel but did notice that the panel itself appeared to be working as I could see levels for the battery, grey, black, and water tanks. The water pump switches in the bathroom and outside are both lighted switches indicating when they are powered. It didn't seem to matter which way I toggled either of the switches, the water pump wouldn't quit running so I pulled one of the wires. Since then I have been pulling and testing wires at the switches but I'm not getting any voltage readings and now the indicator panel isn't lighting up either. I checked the 15 amp fuse for the "panel and water pump" circuit and it appears to be fine. Any place else I should be checking? All other electrical appears to be working properly.
