Check breakers. Also reset the breaker on the GFCI outlet, most likely the outlet in the bathroom over the sink.

Sounds like you may have a connection/loose wire problem somewhere, possibly the converter. Try wiggling your fuses for the other 12v devices to see if things start working.

The microwave should be on 120v ac, the water pump is 12v. Does your fridge work while not plugged into shore power? That would suggest that you have popped a breaker or GFCI like noted above.

Basic questions...
Are you plugged into shore power?

Is the pedestal circuit breaker turned on? Have you tried re-settingg it?

Have you measured the voltage at other outlets in your RV?

Have you measured the battery voltage? When plugged into shore power it should be reading about 13.6 volts if your converter is working?

Will the fridge work on gas only?

on our jayco redhawk xk 2017.the waterpump the light of the water pump on the circuit board goes out. the fridge light goes out. all the other things on the circuit board works. we checked the circuit braker box under the bed and wiggle things around and it started to work again. we did that yesterday and it stopped working again this am. we did the same thing and its working now. not sure how long this will work. does this make any sense?

Sounds like a loose connection in your wiring if you wiggle stuff and it works again. Get someone with electrical knowledge to tighten all the connections. Sooner rather than later, loose wiring can spark and cause a fire.

I'm not an alarmist, but I completely agree.
We had a loose connection on the 120V side and the charring/melting was sobering.

Best to just unplug from power pedestal and retighten every screw in the convertor box. I do once a year, always find some loose from traveling down the road.

Great idea. I also check the transfer switch for tight connections.
