Intermittent Norcold cooling problems on electric only.

So now my tin can has a another new problem despite being a year old. I thought my refrigerator was failing but after some experimenting I have isolated the problem to the electric side only, it cools fine on LP. I took it in and naturally it won't act up in the shop. After a few trips with this problem it appears to run between 52 and 65 degrees on electric. I have since learned that powering the unit off and back on will often reset and correct the problem, temporarily anyway. Yes I know about being level and the time it takes to cool etc, but something else is at play and I fear that an intermittent problem like this will be difficult to diagnose until the warranty runs out. Any ideas from those with more experience with Norcold issues?

Contact NORCOLD directly and ask them, can't hurt.

If it's cooling on propane and not on electric you may not be getting 120V to the heating element or the heating element is bad.

I don't know, but I do know that the problem is intermittent and powering off and on often corrects it. I don't know the anatomy of a gas absorption fridge but it seems to be an electrical part or board issue??

I have a similar issue where the refrigerator works fine on electric but does not cool on propane. Propane is firing and heating up but does not get cold ours is a 2018 Greyhawk with the Norcold 4 door refrigerator
