Inverter issue 2017 blackhawk31xl

I’ve been researching but am puzzled on this:
My inverter quit providing power to tv micro outlets. They have power on shore as well as generator. I took off panel under the bed and the breaker on the inverter was tripped. I reset it, got green light. Using meter it read 119 vac. Plugged plug back into it thinking all was good but still have no power from inverter...
Thoughts?

Pull it out and have it bench tested. Can't troubleshoot on the internet.
