Jack Knife Sofa in Greyhawk

We were very unhappy with the cheap vinyl material on our 2015 29ks. This furniture is made by Williamsburg Furniture where Jayco gets much of there furniture. Looks nice till you start using it. Seams were letting go and it showed scratches (mostly from our cat's hind paws). Definately not leather! We just finished recovering with good material that won't scratch. Turned out pretty good!

Yeah, I have to agree with your assessment of the sofa. Material is very thin and shows cat claw marks very well. We bought 5 yards of some dense, heavy duty vinyl and covered the top back of the coach, top back of the dinette seat, tops of the driver/passenger seats, and some other corners. It's not only the sofa, but all of the material in the coach that's very thin. We ended up getting the vinyl on a very good sale so for $50 we took card of most of the problem.

scratching depends on the leather material, Some leather is a lot more resistant than others but most of what I see in jayco is leatherette and not true leather. more like synthetic

We don't camp w/ pets; so far I'm quite happy w/ the couch.
