Jayco 26Y Water system.

I'm having trouble getting my water system to deliver water to the faucets and shower. Water tank is full, water pump is running. A gurgling sound comes from bathroom sink when faucets are open. Camper is new.
Can someone help me with this?

After filling the tank, did you change the levers on the water control panel to Normal (which is 3 and 5 on my panel)?

Is this the very first time you've used the camper? If the water heater is new and empty, The pump will run for a long time, filling the 6 gallon capacity of the heater.

If the unit was winterized, you'll need to open the valves that are on the water filter

Something else I have had happen to me is that the manufacturer does NOT flush the fresh water lines, leaving all types of crud and gunk just waiting to clog the strainers on the faucets and shower head. Everything is working, but until you clean the strainers at each sink and shower, there is no flow. And as others have said, check the position of the valves on the water control panel, make sure the three valves to the water heater are in the correct positions, check the whole-house filter (sometimes in the cabinet under the bathroom sink) to make sure it is not clogged or turned off (if there are off/on valves), etc. Also, try hooking up a "city" water supply (white garden hose), then change the valves on the control panel, then see if you have flow. But don't forget to include your water pressure regulator on the hose, as too high pressure could damage parts of the water system. I keep mine at 45 pounds, no higher. Let us know how you make out.
