Jayco Melbourne Prestige Cheaped Out on us

I was doing some internet browzing and come across a 2020 Entegra Qwest. It is the same machine as my new 2020 Melbourne Prestige BUT WITH THE better Mercedes driving features. The Entegra has the Mercedes stereo not the cheap Soundstream Jayco gives us. It also showed the full smart steering wheel, so it has the advanced driving safety features such as lane assist, adaptive cruise control. What ticks me off the most is the STEREO. I can't believe the crapy stereo Jayco gives us - the GPS is a joke, looks like a video game from the 90's. Oh well at least I have leveling jacks to keep me happy!

Except the ENTEGRA has an MSRP about $15,000 more....You get what you pay for.

Isn't the radio / display stuff after market components, so upgrading that would be way less than $15k? Maybe the question to the group is whether anyone has upgraded this with aftermarket parts and if so what do they recommend?

Do a search on this forum. Many people have changed out the stereo system. Ours is a Pioneer, which people back in 2016 didn't seem to like. We like ours. They probably put in a totally different brand of system now. There are lots of brands out there. As far as the fancy steering wheel controls, back when we purchased ours, they weren't putting them on yet. Now they're standard.

How can you expect the same for the lower price? There is no free lunch. You should have looked at all the differences prior to your purchase.
