I have had my rig since October 2021 and have had no issues with my slide. I've been on numerous trips and in total the slide has been activated at total of 15 times and with no issues(knock on wood). The key to successful slide operation is to make sure your rig is level before your extend or retract and to wait for the "click". Stop and go extending or retracting is one of the reasons many slides fail. Push the button once, then wait until it clicks. Good luck with yours going forward.
