Hi, what did that cost?

I did the install myself so it was just the cost of the parts. I don’t remember exactly but it was a little over a $1,000. The power saver model AC is a little more expensive compared to a standard 13.5k unit.

You'll get various responses from it drives great to it's garbage. I think if you drive in calm winds, not towing and keep it under 60 MPH, you'll probably be fairly happy with it.

I'm in exactly the opposite situation so I added a lot of suspension upgrades, but I'm really happy with how it drives now.

If the front end caster is set to the Ford default of +3.5 degrees it may wander at highway speeds. The simple fix is to get an alignment where the caster is set some where between the +5 to +6 degrees range. The Ford specification is from +1.5 to + 7.0 degrees.

Just bought the 22c and the dealer installed the filter. He mentioned he pulled out the drawer under the bedroom closet to get to it and it was a pain in the rear...

Hello all, just signed up after reading for a while. As I mentioned I bought a 22c couple months ago and getting ready to roll to my next travel contract. First RV ever...I used it a couple times at home and noticed how weird it handled through some mountain area but then what do I know, never drove anything larger than a Ford Aerostar back in the days lol...I'm also a bit worried about slide failure...read some posts here, especially when boondocking in the middle of nowhere...will play it safe for now and stay among people even when after a 12 hour shift the least I want to see is other human beings lol...thanks for letting me join!!

I have 2019 22c Redhawk and the water filter was mounted in the closet, had to take a drawer out to get to it, had the dealer take it out and will use a filter on the freshwater hose. The maintenance guy said a lot of people were doing it because it is such a pain to get to.

You may want to look there. That's where our 2021 Red Hawk 24B filter is.

Here is a video about lubricating the slide. YouTube is a good resource.

Handling? Search here for swaybars etc.
