Jerky Retraction

My auto level on my Jayco 29MV jumps when retracting the auto level jacks. Any solutions?

Possibly air in the system? Try Bleeding the hydraulics...

Mine did that also so I started spraying the hyd rods with silicon spray before retracting them and have had no more problems. Some say that adding fork oil or CAT Hyd oil additive to the reservoir helps too but I haven't tried that.

If they are extended with weight on them, that is normal. There are no flow restrictors so the solenoid valve repeatedly pulses open for a fraction of a second to lower the coach. Its awfully bumpy for a few seconds but does no harm.
