Key Pad on House Door Lock

I have a 2017 Jayco Greyhawk Class C Motorhome. There is an Electric Keypad on the house door. It was working just find, then it just up and stop working. No idea what happened. I replaced the batteries and checked the wires. Everything checked out. Any ideas? Sure need help on this one.

Does it have physical button keys or a keypad overlay? If its an overlay look for one of the "bubbles" in your combo that may be stuck down even slightly. The overlays on electronic keypads fail after a time. Most often they are replaceable. I have done many on safes but I have never done one on a door lock.

Since I have a 2016, I'll guess its the Bauer EM model lock. You can google too but the trouble shooting only has three guesses:

After Installation the Touch Pad does not work

-Batteries are dead
-Batteries are not installed properly
-Plug not engaged properly

The key pad is a physical pad as part of the lock.

every once in a while, mine over travels on the inside part of the lever inside the unit, have to take the inside part off and move the little arm(chrome) a little and then it starts working again

My 2017 Greyhawk's front door lock quits working when it has been in direct sunlight for a period of time. Replaced it under warranty for that problem and the new one did the exact same thing.

The pot metal holding the inside handle broke on mine. I'm dumping the keyless lock approach all together. I've got a low-tech keyed replacement ready to go in.
