Kitchen slide roof sagging Seneca TS

Hello everyone, just a little information about the poor engineering and workmanship on my 2018 Seneca 37 TS.
During a rainstorm in Florida we noticed water dripping on our stove.Upon investigation we found the roof was sagging 1/2" below the seal allowing the water to penetrate into the unit.At first I thought the slide had dropped down and was out of vertical adjustment, but not the case. The rollers and slide mechanisms were right where they should be.
The slide is app. 12' long and what ever material, plywood ? they used for the roof sagged in the middle, causing the water intrusion into our 2 1/2 year old motorhome.
Needless to say I,m pretty disgusted and will be calling Jayco on what they recommend to fix.
Meanwhile I leave the awning out a couple of feet to act as a slide topper .

Surprising since they used to have an aluminum angle that runs across there and angle usually doesn't bend that way. That is why I asked.

Is the outside trim sagging or only the roof?

I looked at a 37L at a dealer a couple of weeks ago. It had rained the day before and there was water inside on the floor in front of the refrigerator. I don't know if it was a 2020 or 2021, but definitely had some water on the floor.

Any chance the slide roof has been walked on?

Unfortunately I have seen techs standing/sitting on slide roofs (ie; installing toppers, seals, etc.)...., even RV detailers washing roofs at RV resorts.
