Kodiak electrical: steps and jacks not working

Kodiak chassis owners: I had our 2006 in the shop last week for intermittent random warning lights on the dash. They couldn't find anything wrong and said there's a module that is known to go out in this vintage, but it won't affect the runnability/drivability That issue is for another day.

My more urgent problem, however, is when it came back neither the electric steps or the jacks work. There's power to the controller, but nothing happens when I try to extend the jacks.

Since both of those things are tied to the engine (automatic retract on the steps and warning chime when coach is put in drive with jacks down), and I don't think the tech messed with anything from the cab back, I'm thinking there must be something in the engine compartment. Fuse, breaker or ???? I've searched my limited documentation and I know where fuse block is, but where would I look?

If I remember correctly there is a fuse behind the driver's side kick panel, but not sure if its for those or not.

Here's a link to the step manual if you don't have it. Can't find anything on the levelers, but you may check with Lippert since they bought Power Gear.
