Last question for a while....well maybe lol

2019 Seneca 37K with a Winegard Roadtrip T4.....I can get both Wally Dish receivers to work and show the TV in the main living area but what is the secret to getting it to work in the bedroom. I talked to dish and motorized service today and neither could commit to a decisive answer. Also what does the lighted splitter do.....unfortunately I cannot find any books or materials on that. Thanks for any help again...hopefully this is it for a while.

Still no fix....was on the phone with Winegard for over an hour and came to the conclusion that the coax coming into the bedroom is no good. I have a LNB1 and LNB2 and on my old coach the LNB2 had a coax running out from it....but unsure as to where it went to.....so for now one Wally receiver and leave the bedroom TV to the air antenna.
