Leak under rear of RV

Help needed... 2019 greyhawk 26Y
We are setup on camp site and just heard a loud metal noise at rear of unit. On observation, water has pooled under unit below bed to the side of shower. Looks like a long oblong metal pan has fallen down and appears to be full of water. This pan appears to contain wires and cables yet no plumbing pipes. All this occurred after one shower and breakfast dishes at kitchen sink. Any ideas?

Not familiar with that unit but would say that is a protective cover for wiring not designed to hold weight of being full of water, sound like you either have a broken drain pipe or water line if you can not hear water running with pressure on potable water lines you have a broken drain pipe, those showers are notorious for breaking around the drain, if you have a access panel check under the shower the trap is most likely broken

I don't have a 26Y either - pictures, lots of them, would really help the forum debug this for you.

We don't know your floor plan. Is this under the shower on the passenger side?
How much water is in the pan and how deep is the pan. I think because you said a shower was taken that it is the gray water tank for the shower. Turn on the shower and see if you have a water leak.

Check pee trap under shower drain, Mine came loose and water drained into a pan that is under rear of my 26xd. The water came out of the corner of that pan.

We have 27U and after first couple showers found water in floor and storage bay under the shower. Thought it was drain and spent fair amount of time looking. Finally figured out the rail of the shower door had no caulking in open corner and water running out down front of shower step and down into storage bay. Little caulk and fixed it right up. Good luck - these things are a Pain in the butt.
