Inspect the light/panel whatever it is by removing screws and look at the wires. They could be loose, corroded or broken at the light. Us a meter to see if you are getting voltage to the light through these wires. If not, then you will have trace back and find where it is broken.
If it is getting 12 volts then see if you can find anything on the panel that gives a brand or model number. Then you can check with the manufacturer or research for a replacement on line. When you install the new one make sure you use waterproof connectors or liberally coat it with dialectic grease to prevent corrosion in the connection
