What part is not working? Are all the lights on saying they are extended? No pump motor running? Can you retract them?

No lights in panel and jacks are up. Traveled from Vegas to Las Cruces NM.

A couple of our members have had that type problem. One turned out to be the keypad itself, another had a bad solenoid switch on the pump, there is also an in line fuse in the harness I believe.

I will give the fuse a try in the morning. The rest will need to leave to CW to iron out. Thanks

If you have LCI jacks, go under your motorhome and check the ground cable from the pump motor to the frame. The common failure point is the ring terminal where it bolts to the frame. The break may be concealed by insulation.

Several of us have experienced this failure. It's an easy fix.

check the fuse at the pump, I had a fuse issue there due to corrosion as it is not protected. cleaned it up and coated it in dielectric grease and all is well

Check if you have a plug at the top part of the compartment with your power cord. I have a 2019 and when I was putting away my power cord, I accidentally unplugged it.

Thanks to all that responded. This was my first go at the forum. Crawled under the rig when it got light and sure thing the ground cable hanging down. Twenty four inch cable flopping when a eight inch cable would work. No wonder the end broke off.

Good opportunity to correct the cable length, correct the routing and install proper support points.

Will do when we get home. Have cable and ends left from winch install. I put new end on this cable and wire tied it up tight, should hold the three or four weeks we are on the road.

I had this same exact issue and an easy fix that I found was a trip to Walmart and bought a negative battery ground cable. I think it was 18" but they have a few different sizes. The terminals are really thick and heavy duty plus the gauge wire was a match and the hole on the terminaps was a perfect match to the bolts on our units. I also zip tied it to one the hoses on top to keep it up and out of the way. Fixed all my issues and has worked great since the fix

First Time Out Leveler Failure

Got a “new” 2018 Jayco Greyhawk 31F and took it on a shakedown trip. The hydraulic autoleleler was very jerky leveling the coach. When we went to retract the levelers...nothing. Called a tech support help line and after some quality mud rolling time under the unit determined there was not hydraulic fluid in the reservoir. Cute. Made it to a auto parts store and got transmission fluid and filled the reservoir. The unit retracted the levelers but there is a leak in the high pressure line on the levelers. Have waited 8 weeks for a new leveler line. Meanwhile back at the RV we are using leveler blocks and pressing on.

Tech rep said use Dexron VI full synthetic automatic Transmission fluid as it would work fine and he didn’t believe we’d find the original fluid out in the boonies. When we took it in and told Camping World (it’s under warranty) they said that was a good substitute.

The fuse for the bigfoot jacks on my 2014 Greyhawk is behind the coach battery in the outside battery tray compartment. And it's a real pain to reach back there to get to it and replace it.

That was exactly our problem with our Greyhawk and you couldn’t really tell ithe ground wire was broken because it’s in heat shrink tubing.
