What part is not working? Are all the lights on saying they are extended? No pump motor running? Can you retract them?

No lights in panel and jacks are up. Traveled from Vegas to Las Cruces NM.

A couple of our members have had that type problem. One turned out to be the keypad itself, another had a bad solenoid switch on the pump, there is also an in line fuse in the harness I believe.

I will give the fuse a try in the morning. The rest will need to leave to CW to iron out. Thanks

If you have LCI jacks, go under your motorhome and check the ground cable from the pump motor to the frame. The common failure point is the ring terminal where it bolts to the frame. The break may be concealed by insulation.

Several of us have experienced this failure. It's an easy fix.

check the fuse at the pump, I had a fuse issue there due to corrosion as it is not protected. cleaned it up and coated it in dielectric grease and all is well

Check if you have a plug at the top part of the compartment with your power cord. I have a 2019 and when I was putting away my power cord, I accidentally unplugged it.

Thanks to all that responded. This was my first go at the forum. Crawled under the rig when it got light and sure thing the ground cable hanging down. Twenty four inch cable flopping when a eight inch cable would work. No wonder the end broke off.

Good opportunity to correct the cable length, correct the routing and install proper support points.
